Licence and access

MoonPath is licensed, not sold, for personal use under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms supplement that standard agreement. If they conflict, Apple’s agreement governs where required.

Downloading or opening MoonPath does not begin the seven-day full preview. After the app presents the access terms, you may explicitly choose to activate the preview as a free non-consumable through Apple’s StoreKit. The seven days begin from Apple’s verified activation time. This free activation is not a subscription, does not convert into a paid purchase and cannot charge you automatically.

After the preview, basic widgets and Apple Watch glances remain available. Continued access to Calendar, Today, Moon, Local Sky and My Sky is offered through a separate one-time lifetime non-consumable. Its price is A$7.99 in the Australian storefront; Apple displays the applicable local price, tax and currency elsewhere before confirmation. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchase restoration and any refund request are handled through Apple’s systems and policies.

Informational purpose

MoonPath provides lunar phases, calendar dates, illumination and location-dependent observation estimates for general information and personal interest. Calculations may vary slightly from other sources because of time zone, location, atmospheric conditions and the astronomical model used.

Astrology boundary

The optional sun-sign feature is decorative and descriptive. MoonPath does not provide horoscopes, predictions, compatibility results, medical or psychological opinions, financial guidance, or advice about personal decisions.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse MoonPath, attempt to bypass platform security, interfere with its operation, redistribute it unlawfully, or reverse-engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Intellectual property

MoonPath’s interface, artwork, writing and brand elements are owned by or licensed to Robotic Genius and Jordan Shears. Apple and Apple Watch are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Availability and liability

MoonPath is supplied on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. It is not a professional observatory or safety-critical navigation tool. Robotic Genius is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on a lunar estimate, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, subject to any non-excludable consumer rights that apply where you live.
