MoonPath · Support
Clear answers,
human contact.
MoonPath is deliberately small and account-free. If something looks wrong, these checks resolve most problems.
Contact support
Email Jordan Shears at jordyfshears@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, MoonPath version, approximate location and the date or Moon value involved. Do not send sensitive birth information.
Location is unavailable
- Open iOS Settings, find MoonPath, and allow location While Using the App.
- Return to MoonPath and open the Local sky section again.
- The monthly calendar works without location; local rise, set and horizon values require it.
Edit or clear My Sky
Open My Sky or Settings and choose the birth-information control. Birth date, time and place are optional and can be edited or cleared. Removing them does not affect the lunar calendar.
New Moon and Full Moon alerts
MoonPath requests notification permission only when you enable one of its lunar alerts. If a New Moon or Full Moon reminder is missing, check MoonPath under iOS Settings → Notifications and confirm that notifications remain allowed.
Moon data looks different elsewhere
Small differences can arise because sources use different instants, time zones, locations and astronomical models. Send the date, time zone, location and comparison source to support so the calculation can be investigated.
Apple Watch and widgets
After installing MoonPath, add its widget from the iPhone Home Screen or Smart Stack. The companion Watch app requires a paired compatible Apple Watch running watchOS 10 or later. If a widget appears stale, open MoonPath once and allow the system time to refresh it. Basic widgets and Watch glances remain available after the seven-day full preview ends.
Trial, price and access
Downloading or opening MoonPath does not start the seven-day full preview. After reading the access disclosure in the app, choose Start free 7-day trial to activate it through Apple as a free StoreKit non-consumable. The preview starts only after you confirm that free activation. It is not a subscription, does not convert to a paid purchase and cannot charge you automatically.
When the preview ends, Calendar, Today, Moon, Local Sky and My Sky require a separate lifetime unlock. The Australian price is A$7.99; Apple shows and confirms your local storefront price and currency before payment. There is no subscription, renewal or advertising.
If an activated preview or lifetime purchase is missing, open MoonPath Settings and choose Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original StoreKit transaction. You will not be charged again.
